Repair Service - Wildcat XX Front Upper A-arm Heim Rebuild (outer bearing parts included)

Wildcat XX 2018-2024 and Tracker XTR

 

Need help with your install? We have the solution. Send us your arms and we will install our upgrade kit and ship your completed arms back to you. Average turn around time after receiving your stock arms is around 1 week.

Our repair sevice allows you to convert the upper A-arm outer pivot to a traditional heim bearing.
The OEM cast bearing housing has been known to break so we designed our stronger upgrade kit to help keep you on the trail longer. 
Adding our upgrade kit allows for use of stronger, longer lasting bearings.


Repair includes everything for driver and passenger upper a-arms

(2) Custom 4130 chromoly weld bungs (installed)
(2) FK Bearings Rodends (installed)
(2) Jamnuts (installed)
(4) Custom stainless steel adapter high misalignment spacers for use with OEM Hardware (installed)

 

Please do not send loose parts i.e. inner pivot dust caps and pinch sleeves

Arm must be straight but cast portion can be damaged. If you have questions on repairability please email us before sending.
Customer will be responsible for shipping if 775Fabrication receives arms that are unrepairable. Restocking fee may apply.

 

Although we try to be careful, potential scuffs or abrasions may occur during repair process.

Please choose our powder coat option if you would like your new upgraded arms powder coated black. 
(powder coat can add an additional 2 weeks for shipping)


Currently only available for upper a-arms, no lower arm upgrade available at this time.
